The pricing below is for both onsite service which means we do the work at your place or pickup which means we will pickup the PC, fix it an return it to you. Please check our prices against any other computer repair shop and you will find us to be very inexpensive.
If we do need to take your computer with us for some reason we usually have a less than 24 hour tunaround and most of the time same day.
Diagnostic -There is no diagnosis fee if you have us perform a service. If you just want a diagnosis and no service the fee is below.

New PC Setup -We will setup your new PC for you. This includes everything for a standalone PC and we will connect your existing internet connection.

Data Backup -We will backup one hard drive in your PC .

Operating System Install -We will reinstall your operating system, drivers, and critical Microsoft software updates.
Price 75.00 for each additional software install add 20.00
Virus/Spyware Removal -We will determine if your PC is infected and will remove the infections. Some companies offer an hourly fee. We think it is not wise for the customer because some infections can take even more than 2 hours to clean. Besides this some infections can mess your system beyond cleaning. At this point we can reload your operating system if you have your recovery disks or your PC has a recovery partition. So even if it takes 3 hours to fix you still pay only 100.00.

Network Setup - We will setup your existing wireless or wired network hardware of 2 PC's.

We will install basic hardware components such as a memory, second hard drive, graphics card, printer, etc..

Peripheral Setup -We will connect your peripheral and install its software.

Security Setup Paid-We will install our recommended Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware which will protect your PC in real time. No current Anti-Virus or Anti=Spyware can block every infection, but if your PC gets infected anytime after this service and you are still using these products the way we set them up with current definitions you only pay 50.00 for us to remove the infection(s). You will not find this anywhere else. Remember this is not some free software, this is the full top of the line paid versions, with 1 year of definition updates.

Security Setup Free-We will install a free Anti-Virus and a free Anti-Spyware. This is similar to what you get at most other PC repair shops. If you do get infected again you will have to pay the normal 100.00 for us to remove the infection.
